Enable -Wundef, -Wold-style-definition and -Wmissing-prototypes.
They should be enabled globally, but there is too much work for the time
being.
At least having them enabled for a platform should avoid having new
instances of those warnings.

This allows a dedicated build, and adding compilation flags.
The code size does not increase, it has been checked on ST platforms:
STM32MP13 and STM32MP25.
And the flags -DZ_SOLO -DDEF_WBITS=31 are now dedicated to zlib.

Execute expressions directly without `eval` when they do not expand to
Make syntax (i.e. where `eval` is provably pointless).

Additionally, remove the obsolete `eval` feature check - we mandate at
least GNU Make 4.3, which always supports it.

Document and introduce the STM32MP_PSA_FWU_AB_SUPPORT build flag to
conditionally support A/B redundancy systems on STM32MP platforms.

A fallback mechanism is included in the platform Makefile to
automatically override and disable the flag if the core
PSA_FWU_SUPPORT option is missing.

<title>feat(st): add optional recovery FIP for NAND boot</title>

Without PSA_FWU, the NAND boot path walks backup blocks of the active
FIP. Add an optional build flag STM32MP_NAND_FIP_RECOVERY_OFFSET that
falls back to a recovery FIP once the active FIP and its backup blocks
are exhausted.

Before Ia18ff2d the backup walk overran the partition end and could
load a FIP placed there. Make this behaviour an explicit opt-in.

Tested on STM32MP135.

This flag STM32MP_HALT_ON_PANIC will allow either halting the CPU on
panic if set to 1 (this is the current behavior), or directly reset the
platform if the flag is set to 0. The flag is set by default on the
DEBUG flag.

When compiling for USB or UART boot devices, it makes no sense to
enable Firmware update through PSA_FWU_SUPPORT=1.
In this case force the flag to 0, to avoid compilation issues.

Instead of using substitution for STM32_TF_ELF_LDFLAGS, directly use
ld_prefix helper.
Use TF_LDFLAGS to avoid adding -nostartfiles and -no-pie options.
Add -static to STM32_TF_ELF_LDFLAGS options, and --build-id=none is
already handled with TF_LDFLAGS.

Each time MbedTLS is updated, the default config may be updated. As
STM32MP platforms have their own config file, this needs to be aligned.
To avoid this alignment, directly include the default config and
override some values for ST platforms, mainly heap size.
MBEDTLS_MPI_WINDOW_SIZE is also kept to avoid behavior change.
