arm: dts: mediatek: remove mt6357.dtsi

Remove the downstream mt6357.dtsi file. This is no longer needed since
it is available upstream. The upstream version is more correct/complete
as it doesn't have incorrect `compatible = "fixed-regulator"` properties
on the regulators and has an adc node (not used by U-Boot).
