Add a NixOS configuration for cgit server as initial.
Services added:
- cgit (over HTTP)
- gitolite
- git-daemon
- sshd
- fail2ban
- firewall (iptables as default backend)

Nix and NixOS used for versionability and reproducibility of the
system. As bonus, it also provides a way to easily deploy the system
on different machines.
