sh/mm: stop using pte_ERROR()

Directly use pr_err() in set_pte_phys() and drop pte_ERROR() which helps in eventually dropping pte_ERROR() macro across the tree. In this new printing __FILE__ and __LINE__ has been dropped because they are always the same and don't really add any value. Besides ptrval_to_str() has been able to handle different PTE representation with and without CONFIG_X2TLB, which helped in unifying error message printing. arch: Remove pagemap.h from arch includes

There's no reason to include pagemap.h in any arch include file; these should all be too low-level to include pagemap.h. Some git archaelogy indicates that at one point, swap.h needed declarations from pagemap.h but couldn't include pagemap.h itself. That reason seems to have disappeared since swap.h now includes pagemap.h. Some of these files turn into just including the asm-generic version, so in those cases, modify Kbuild to just use the asm-generic version directly. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wilcox (Oracle)

uaccess: unify inline vs outline copy_{from,to}_user() selection

The kernel allows arches to select between inline and outline implementations of the copy_{from,to}_user() by defining individual INLINE_COPY_FROM_USER and INLINE_COPY_TO_USER, correspondingly. However, all arches enable or disable them always together. Without the real use-case for one helper being inlined while the other outlined, having independent controls is excessive and error prone. Switch the codebase to the single unified INLINE_COPY_USER control. ring-buffer: Flush and stop persistent ring buffer on panic

On real hardware, panic and machine reboot may not flush hardware cache to memory. This means the persistent ring buffer, which relies on a coherent state of memory, may not have its events written to the buffer and they may be lost. Moreover, there may be inconsistency with the counters which are used for validation of the integrity of the persistent ring buffer which may cause all data to be discarded. To avoid this issue, stop recording of the ring buffer on panic and flush the cache of the ring buffer's memory.
