Sync the UAPI header changes of supporting SIMD/eGPRs/SSP sampling into
corresponding tools UAPI headers.

Additionally, support the new introduced perf_event_attr fields in the
perf_event_attr__fprintf and perf_event__attr_swap() helpers, and add
sanity check for the new introduced __reserved_4 field in
perf_attr_check().

strim() may advance the pointer assigned to cache-&gt;size which causes
later frees to crash.

Fix by performing the strim and then memmove-ing the potentially shifted
string back over the original string.

The bug was introduced by the transition from rtrim() to strim(), as
rtrim() wouldn't move on the left.

This commit updates process_compressed() to ignore comp_mmap_len == 0
when validating the compressed header. A zero size is valid and may
occur during testing.

Sashiko review flagged string.h was missing (preexisting problem) and
so I opportunistically fixed this and sorted the header files.

<title>perf header: Use write lock when translating BPF prog info pointers</title>

write_bpf_prog_info() holds a read lock while temporarily mutating
info_linear via bpil_addr_to_offs()/bpil_offs_to_addr().  Between these
two calls, the pointers in info_linear contain file offsets instead of
heap addresses. Concurrent readers holding the same read lock see the
file offsets and dereference them as pointers.

Use down_write()/up_write() instead of down_read()/up_read() to exclude
concurrent readers during the addr-to-offset-to-addr translation window.

<title>perf evlist: Add reference count checking</title>

Now the evlist is reference counted, add reference count checking so
that gets and puts are paired and easy to debug. Reference count
checking is documented here:
https://perfwiki.github.io/main/reference-count-checking/

This large patch is adding accessors to evlist functions and switching
to their use. There was some minor renaming as evlist__mmap is now an
accessor to the mmap variable, and the original evlist__mmap is
renamed to evlist__do_mmap.

This a no-op for most of the perf tool. The reference count is set to
1 at allocation, the put will see the 1, decrement it and perform the
delete.

The purpose for adding the reference count is for the python code. Prior
to this change the python code would clone evlists, but this has issues
if events are opened, etc.

This change adds a reference count for the evlists and a later change
will add it to evsels. The combination is needed for the python code to
operate correctly (not hit asserts in the evsel clone), but the changes
are broken apart for the sake of smaller patches.

Several functions cast bpf_prog_info fields (jited_ksyms,
jited_func_lens, jited_prog_insns) from u64 to pointers and
dereference them. These fields are only valid pointers if
bpil_offs_to_addr() converted their file offsets to addresses, which
only happens when the corresponding PERF_BPIL_* bits are set in
info_linear-&gt;arrays.

A crafted perf.data can leave these bits unset while setting non-zero
counts and offset values, causing the functions to dereference raw file
offsets as pointers.

Add array bitmask validation to all perf.data processing paths:

  - __bpf_event__print_bpf_prog_info(): check JITED_KSYMS and
    JITED_FUNC_LENS (changed to take struct perf_bpil *)
  - machine__process_bpf_event_load(): check JITED_KSYMS
  - bpf_read(): check JITED_INSNS before memcpy from jited_prog_insns
  - dso__disassemble_filename(): check JITED_INSNS before returning
    jited_prog_insns pointer

initialized this is live mode.
