<title>arm64: escalate smp_send_stop() to an SDEI NMI as a last resort</title>

A CPU wedged with interrupts masked ignores the stop IPI, and without
pseudo-NMI there is no NMI IPI to escalate to: a reboot proceeds with
the CPU still running, and a kdump misses its registers.

Add a third rung to smp_send_stop(): once the IPI (and pseudo-NMI IPI,
if enabled) rungs have run, signal SDEI event 0 at whatever stayed
online. Firmware delivers it regardless of the target's DAIF, so it
reaches a CPU a plain IPI cannot; the target acks by going offline,
which the caller already polls for.

Fold the stop bookkeeping into one arm64_nmi_cpu_stop(regs,
die_on_crash), shared by the stop IPI handlers, panic_smp_self_stop()
and the SDEI handler, replacing the near-duplicate local_cpu_stop() and
ipi_cpu_crash_stop(). @die_on_crash is the only difference: the IPI
handlers pass true and PSCI CPU_OFF the CPU on a crash stop so a capture
kernel can reclaim it; the SDEI handler and self-stop pass false and
park. The SDEI park is required, not conservative -- its handler runs
inside an SDEI event that is never completed (completing it resumes the
wedged context), and a CPU_OFF from that unfinished-event context wedges
EL3 on some firmware (left as a follow-up). The dump is unaffected; only
re-onlining the CPU in an SMP capture kernel is lost.

Deliver an NMI-like event to an interrupt-masked arm64 CPU via the
standard SDEI software-signalled event (event 0), without the pseudo-NMI
hot-path cost: register a handler for event 0 and poke a target with
sdei_event_signal(0, mpidr).

First user is arch_trigger_cpumask_backtrace() (sysrq-l, RCU stalls,
hung-task/soft-lockup dumps), which otherwise rides an IPI that can't
reach a masked CPU. Falls back to the IPI path when SDEI is absent; no
watchdog backend yet, so the stock detector is untouched.

run simpledrm and simplefb on EFI/VESA framebuffers. Doing this

The Raspberry Pi firmware driver has no compile dependencies on the
BCM2835 mailbox driver. It's just a indirect runtime dependency: the
driver only works on a Raspberry Pi.

Change the dependency from BCM2835_MBOX to ARCH_BCM2835. Also allow
compile tests. This allows drivers that have build time dependencies
on this firmware driver to be compile tested as well. More dependencies
are added to account for build time dependencies:

  - depends on MAILBOX for mailbox API (not stubbed) usage
  - depends on ARM || ARM64 for dsb() usage

Also make it built by default if ARCH_BCM2835, since many functions will
not work without this firmware driver.

These are updates from Marek Behún for the cznic platform drivers:

This series adds support for generating ECDSA signatures with hardware
stored private key on Turris Omnia and Turris MOX.
This ability is exposed via the keyctl() syscall.

* 'cznic/platform' of https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc:
platform: cznic: use ffs() instead of __bf_shf()
firmware: turris-mox-rwtm: fix building without CONFIG_KEYS
platform: cznic: fix function parameter names
firmware: turris-mox-rwtm: Add support for ECDSA signatures with HW private key
firmware: turris-mox-rwtm: Drop ECDSA signatures via debugfs
platform: cznic: turris-omnia-mcu: Add support for digital message signing with HW private key
platform: cznic: Add keyctl helpers for Turris platform
platform: cznic: turris-omnia-mcu: Refactor requesting MCU interrupt

<title>firmware: SDEI: Allow sdei initialization without ACPI_APEI_GHES</title>

SDEI usually initialize with the ACPI table, but on platforms where
ACPI is not used, the SDEI feature can still be used to handle
specific firmware calls or other customized purposes. Therefore, it
is not necessary for ARM_SDE_INTERFACE to depend on ACPI_APEI_GHES.

In commit dc4e8c07e9e2 ("ACPI: APEI: explicit init of HEST and GHES
in acpi_init()"), to make APEI ready earlier, sdei_init was moved
into acpi_ghes_init instead of being a standalone initcall, adding
ACPI_APEI_GHES dependency to ARM_SDE_INTERFACE. This restricts the
flexibility and usability of SDEI.

This patch corrects the dependency in Kconfig and splits sdei_init()
into two separate functions: sdei_init() and acpi_sdei_init().
sdei_init() will be called by arch_initcall and will only initialize
the platform driver, while acpi_sdei_init() will initialize the
device from acpi_ghes_init() when ACPI is ready. This allows the
initialization of SDEI without ACPI_APEI_GHES enabled.
