<title>net: ethernet: mtk_eth_soc: populate lpi_interfaces to fix EEE support</title>

phylink_create() decides once and for all that a MAC supports managed
EEE, and it requires the tx_lpi ops plus non-empty lpi_capabilities and
lpi_interfaces. mtk_add_mac() leaves lpi_interfaces empty.

So ever since EEE support was added, ethtool has answered "Not
supported" on every MAC that uses mtk_phylink_ops, and
phy_disable_eee() has locked userspace out of turning EEE on. MT7628
is unaffected, as rt5350_phylink_ops has no tx_lpi methods.

Leave 2.5 Gbps out of both bitmaps, and the xGMII modes that
mtk_mac_enable_tx_lpi() already refuses. MAC_MCR folds SPEED_2500 onto
MAC_MCR_SPEED_1000, so MAC_MCR_EEE1G would govern LPI on such a link,
and that is unvalidated rather than known unsupported: MediaTek's SDK
driver sets the EEE force bits for 100 Mbps and 1 Gbps only, and the
unit of the wakeup timers is undocumented with the port clock at
2.5 times the rate.

mtk_mac_enable_tx_lpi() programs wake-up times taken from MT7531's
reset values, and the SoC's own field has no reset value to fall
back on. Only MT7981 has been seen to exit LPI cleanly with them, so
the LPI interfaces sit behind a new MTK_GMAC_EEE capability that only
MT7981 sets; every other SoC keeps the current behaviour until it has
been confirmed.

LPI stays off until userspace enables it, but the EEE advertisement of
a PHY that advertises it out of reset comes back, since phylink stops
force-clearing it.

Change WDMA RESV_BUFF from 0x40 to 0x80 to avoid CDM TX FIFO overflow.
Without this patch mt7986 and mt7981 may have WDMA TX hang issue. This
patch was pulled from mtk-openwrt-feeds GPL open source project.

Refactor dev_fill_forward_path() to take a struct net_device_path_ctx
pointer instead of a (dev, daddr) pair, so the caller can build and
populate the context up front and keep it after the forward path walk.

This allows additional fields (e.g. vlan and ether_type) to be carried
in the context and shared with ndo_fill_forward_path implementations,
instead of being reconstructed on the stack inside the core helper.

Update the mtk_ppe_offload, airoha_ppe and nf_flow_table_path callers to
allocate and fill the context before invoking dev_fill_forward_path().
The network topology resolution behaviour is unchanged.

This is a preliminary patch to enable HW flowtable offload for IPv4
over IPv6 tunnels.

Add dst_entry to tunnel device path, this will allow us to remove
a duplicated route lookup.

This is a preparation patch to retrieve the tunnel route directly
from the .fill_forward_path. This new dst_entry in the tunnel will be
used by a follow up patch.

Since dst_release() works fine on NULL interface, this is still
noop until the flowtable starts using this.

Add a new dev_fill_forward_path_release() function to drop the refcount
on the tunnel device route and use it in case of error out. Export it so
to drop the refcount on the tunnel route at a later stage.

Adjust existing drivers that recycle dev_fill_forward_path() to call
dev_fill_forward_path_release() for safety reasons.

mtk_handle_irq_rx expects a struct mtk_eth * (matching the request_irq
cookie), but mtk_poll_controller incorrectly passed the net_device *.
Calling ndo_poll_controller with CONFIG_NET_POLL_CONTROLLER enabled
would then crash.

In mtk_ppe_init(), when accounting is enabled, the error paths for
dmam_alloc_coherent(mib) and devm_kzalloc(acct) failures return NULL
directly, bypassing the err_free_l2_flows label that destroys the
rhashtable initialized earlier.

While this leak only occurs during probe (not runtime) and the leaked
memory is minimal (an empty rhash table), fixing it ensures proper
error path cleanup consistency.

Fix by changing the two return NULL statements to goto err_free_l2_flows.

Everything configured in phylink_config it's assumed to be set before
calling phylink_create() to permit correct parsing of all the different
modes and capabilities.

Commit 51cf06ddafc9 ("net: ethernet: mtk_eth_soc: add support for MT7988
internal 2.5G PHY") while introducing support for 2.5G phy for MT7988,
probably due to an auto-rebase, placed the configuration of the INTERNAL
interface mode for the supported_interfaces for phylink_config right after
phylink_create() introducing a possible problem with supported interfaces
parsing.

While this doesn't currently create any problem/bug, move setting this bit
before phylink_create() to prevent any possible regression in future code
change in phylink core.
