Ext2 could fail to properly write out inode on fsync(2) due to races with WB_SYNC_NONE writeback. Several racing fsyncs could also result in some fsync returning earlier than all metadata buffers were properly persisted. Finally DIRSYNC handling was not properly persisting all inode related metadata. Fix all these issues by using new .sync_inode_metadata method which makes sure all inode related metadata is written to disk during any WB_SYNC_ALL writeback. ext2: Remove deprecated DAX support

DAX support in ext2 was deprecated in commit d5a2693f93e4 ("ext2: Deprecate DAX") with a removal deadline of end of 2025. Remove all DAX code from ext2 as scheduled. This removes the DAX mount option, IOMAP DAX support, DAX file operations, DAX address_space_operations, and the DAX fault handler. Convert ext2 to the new mount API. Note that this makes the sb= option more accepting than it was before; previosly, sb= was only accepted if it was the first specified option. Now it can exist anywhere, and if respecified, the last specified value is used. Parse-time messages here are sent to ext2_msg with a NULL sb, and ext2_msg is adjusted to accept that, as ext4 does today as well. This involves changing ext2_find_entry(), ext2_dotdot(), ext2_inode_by_name(), ext2_set_link() and ext2_delete_entry() to take a folio. These were also the last users of ext2_get_page() and ext2_put_page(), so remove those at the same time. ext2: improve consistency of ext2_fsblk_t datatype usage

The ext2 block allocation/deallocation functions and their respective calls use a mixture of unsigned long and ext2_fsblk_t datatypes to index the desired ext2 block. This commit replaces occurrences of unsigned long with ext2_fsblk_t, covering the functions ext2_new_block(), ext2_new_blocks(), ext2_free_blocks(), ext2_free_data() and ext2_free_branches(). This commit is rather conservative, and only replaces unsigned long with ext2_fsblk_t if the variable is used to index a specific ext2 block.
