ALSA: harmony: initialize locks before requesting IRQ

snd_harmony_create() registers the IRQ before initializing h->lock and h->mixer_lock. A pending interrupt can invoke the handler while these locks are uninitialized. Initialize both locks before requesting the IRQ so the handler always sees valid lock state. This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union object instances: Single allocations: kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...) Array allocations: kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...) Flex array allocations: kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...) are replaced with: kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...) (where TYPE may also be *VAR) The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning "TYPE *". Signed-off-by: Kees Cook

parisc: Make struct parisc_driver::remove() return void

The caller of this function (parisc_driver_remove() in arch/parisc/kernel/drivers.c) ignores the return value, so better don't return any value at all to not wake wrong expectations in driver authors. The only function that could return a non-zero value before was ipmi_parisc_remove() which returns the return value of ipmi_si_remove_by_dev(). Make this function return void, too, as for all other callers the value is ignored, too. ALSA: harmony: Drop superfluous address setup

Harmony driver never uses CONTINUOUS buffer type any longer, hence the code setting the address is superfluous. Moreover, the recent change in the ALSA core already covered the missing address field; it's already set up. So let's drop the superfluous line, which includes the full hw_params callback.
