staging: rtl8723bs: remove duplicate blank line in sdio_ops.h
Fix the checkpatch.pl check:
"CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines"
in sdio_ops.h
Remove the consecutive blank line to comply with the Linux kernel
coding style.
