Add support for ADC_TM part of PMIC5 Gen3 in an auxiliary driver
under the Gen3 ADC driver. Its functionality is similar to that of
PMIC5 Gen2 ADC_TM, which implements the threshold setting and
interrupt generating functions, used to support thermal trip points.
In Gen3 ADC, the register interface is implemented on one or more SDAM
(Shared Direct Access Memory) peripherals instead of dedicated ADC
peripherals. Each ADC SDAM has eight channels which can be configured
for either immediate reads (main ADC driver's functionality) or ADC_TM
reads. By convention, the first channel of the first ADC SDAM is reserved
for all immediate reads and remaining channels across all SDAMs are used
for ADC_TM functionality.
On the first SDAM, the interrupt line and configuration registers are
shared between the main ADC and auxiliary ADC_TM drivers. Access to the
registers is protected through a mutex shared between the drivers. The
ADC_TM driver accesses this mutex and some other functions shared from
the main driver (like adc5_gen3_get_scaled_reading() for immediate channel
reads in the .get_temp() callback) through APIs exported into a shared
namespace.

Add a driver for the Qualcomm MBG (Master Bandgap) thermal monitoring
device. It monitors PMIC die temperature in hardware and raises an
interrupt when a programmed threshold is crossed.
MBG hardware supports two upper-threshold levels. Currently, only the
level-1 threshold is supported by the driver.
Temperature is read from the associated ADC channel, and when a level-1
upper-threshold violation occurs, the hardware generates an interrupt
over SPMI. The driver notifies the thermal framework accordingly.

Commit bb21ee31f575 ("iio: Fix iio_multiply_value use in
iio_read_channel_processed_scale") fixed the
iio_read_channel_processed_scale to return 0 on success instead
of IIO_VAL_INT (1). The existing check in adc_tm5_get_temp()
treated a successful return as an error because it expected
IIO_VAL_INT. Drop the redundant `ret != IIO_VAL_INT` condition

Use namespaced exports for IIO consumer API functions.
This will make it easier to manage the IIO export surface. Consumer drivers
will only be provided access to a specific set of functions, thereby
restricting usage of internal IIO functions by other parts of the kernel.
This change cannot be split into several parts without breaking
bisectability, thus all of the affected drivers are modified at once.

Add a no_irq_wake flag to struct tsens_plat_data to allow platforms
to control whether TSENS interrupts should be configured as wakeup
sources.
Create a new data_automotive structure and add compatible strings for
automotive TSENS variants (SA8775P, SA8255P) with wakeup interrupts
disabled.
Automotive platforms can enter a low-power parking suspend state where the
application processors and thermal mitigation paths are not active. In this
state, waking the system due to TSENS threshold interrupts does not enable
useful thermal action, but it does repeatedly break suspend residency and
increase battery drain.
Allow these automotive variants to keep TSENS monitoring enabled during
normal runtime while opting out of TSENS wakeup interrupts during suspend,
so the system can remain in low power until ignition/resume.

This change improves power management by using the standardized PM
framework for wake IRQ handling.
Move wake IRQ control to the PM suspend/resume path:
- store uplow/critical IRQ numbers in struct tsens_priv
- enable wake IRQs in tsens_suspend_common() when wakeup is allowed
- disable wake IRQs in tsens_resume_common()
- mark the device wakeup-capable during probe
This aligns TSENS wake behavior with suspend flow and avoids keeping
wake IRQs permanently enabled during runtime.

The existing TSENS temperature read logic polls the valid bit and then
reads the temperature register. When temperature reads are triggered
at very short intervals, this can race with hardware updates and allow
the temperature field to be read while it is still being updated.
In this case, the valid bit may already be asserted even though the
temperature value is transitioning, resulting in an incorrect reading.
Hardware programming guidelines require the temperature value and the
valid bit to be sampled atomically in the same read transaction. A
reading is considered valid only if the valid bit is observed set in
that same sample.
The guidelines further specify that software should attempt the
temperature read up to three times to account for transient update
windows. If none of the attempts yields a valid sample, a stable fallback
value must be returned: if the first and second samples match, the second
value is returned;otherwise, if the second and third samples match, the
third value is returned;if neither pair matches, -EAGAIN is returned.
Update the TSENS sensor read logic to implement atomic sampling along
with the recommended retry-and-compare fallback behavior. This removes
the race window and ensures deterministic temperature values in
accordance with hardware requirements.

Passing IRQF_ONESHOT ensures that the interrupt source is masked until
the secondary (threaded) handler is done. If only a primary handler is
used then the flag makes no sense because the interrupt can not fire
(again) while its handler is running.
The flag also prevents force-threading of the primary handler and the
irq-core will warn about this.
The intention here was probably to not allow forced-threading.
Replace IRQF_ONESHOT with IRQF_NO_THREAD.

parameter.
Note some of the users can likely use dev->fwnode directly instead of
indirect of_fwnode_handle(dev->of_node). But dev->fwnode is not
guaranteed to be set for all, so this has to be investigated on case to
case basis (by people who can actually test with the HW).

Adding generic support for SoCs with tsens v1.0 IP with no RPM.
Due to lack of RPM, tsens has to be reset and enabled in the driver
init. SoCs can have support for more sensors than those which will
actually be enabled. As such, init will only enable those explicitly
added to the hw_ids array.

TSENS v2.0+ leverage features not available to prior versions such as
updated interrupts init routine, masked interrupts, and watchdog.
Currently, the checks in place evaluate whether the IP version is greater
than v1 which invalidates when updates to v1 or v1 minor versions are
implemented. As such, update the conditional statements to strictly
evaluate whether the version is greater than or equal to v2 (inclusive).

The IPQ5332 and IPQ5424 use the tsens v2.3.3 IP and do not have RPM.
Therefore, add a new calibration function for V2, as the tsens.c calib

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.
Convert all platform drivers below drivers/thermal to use .remove(), with
the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As
.remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done
by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.
On the way make a few whitespace changes to make indention consistent.

Out of several drivers implementing the .set_trip_temp() thermal zone
operation, three don't actually use the trip ID argument passed to it,
two call __thermal_zone_get_trip() to get a struct thermal_trip
corresponding to the given trip ID, and the other use the trip ID as an
index into their own data structures with the assumption that it will
always match the ordering of entries in the trips table passed to the
core during thermal zone registration, which is fragile and not really
guaranteed.
Even though the trip IDs used by the core are in fact their indices in the
trips table passed to it by the thermal zone creator, that is purely a
matter of convenience and should not be relied on for correctness.
For this reason, modify trip_point_temp_store() to pass a (const) trip
pointer to .set_trip_temp() and adjust the drivers implementing it
accordingly.
This helps to simplify the drivers invoking __thermal_zone_get_trip()
from their .set_trip_temp() callback functions because they will not
need to do it now and the other drivers can store their internal
trip indices in the priv field in struct thermal_trip and their
.set_trip_temp() callback functions can get those indices from there.
The intel_quark_dts thermal driver can instead use the trip type to
determine the requisite trip index.

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is ignored (apart
from emitting a warning) and this typically results in resource leaks.
To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return
void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to
.remove_new(), which already returns void. Eventually after all drivers
are converted, .remove_new() will be renamed to .remove().
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.
